This Site contains two navigation links — "Patient Portal" and "Pay Bill" — both of which direct to the eClinicalWorks platform at:

Through this platform, established patients may access their health records, review test results, communicate with their care team, manage appointments, and view and pay outstanding bills. Access to and use of the eClinicalWorks platform is subject to eClinicalWorks' terms of use and our Practice's Patient Portal policies, which are separate from these Terms. Use of this platform is restricted to established patients of Cardiovascular Specialists of South Florida.

Any health information transmitted through the eClinicalWorks platform is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices. We are not responsible for any technical failures, outages, or security incidents arising from the eClinicalWorks platform infrastructure.
